"Arom-ahhh-therapy" Heat/Cold Bags

Microwaveable Flaxseed filled Aromatherapy Herbal Heat/Cold Bags are great for relaxing aches and pains and soothing your daily stresses.  Kept in the freezer, these bags bring relief from other ailments as well.

These 6" by 12" fabric bags are filled with 100% flax seed; an herbal seed, not a food product.  Heating these aromatherapy bags in the microwave will not create a grain type smell that would detract from the scent of the soothing blend of organic chamomile, lavender and peppermint tucked inside.

Flax seed is 30-40% oil which remains inside the seed, able to be heated over and over.  Grain fillers such as wheat and rice will lose their ability to retain heat as the water they are mostly comprised of cooks away with each use.

Heat the bag in the microwave for 1-3 minutes on high, adjusting the time to allow for variances in microwave ovens and personal heat sensitivity.  Use it to soothe and relax or to relieve your aches and pains.  We even use ours on cold winter nights to warm up the cold sheets before heading to bed.

Keep one in the freezer in a Ziploc bag for relief of bruises and sprains, headache and fever, toothaches, burns and heatstroke, and those ever amusing hot flashes.
