Glass pieces will be shipped Parcel Post via the US Post Office within 3 business days for in stock items. Shipping & processing charges include insurance for glass items. Be aware that this is a one person operation, so if something is not in stock, or if you are requesting a special order or change of color, please allow time for the piece to be made. Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, also allow for subtle variations in appearance, color and size from that of the photo. I do travel to various festivals during the summer months where i do not have internet access. Should you place an order during these times please understand there could be a delay in delivery time.

To Order Buttons: Each design shown is available as either a button (metal pin-back) or a magnet. Buttons and magnets are priced at $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00. To order, click on either the "add 1" button for a single purchase, or the "add 3" button to purchase in multiples of 3. The price for button quantity only and not the identifying number of the button will be sent to your cart, so please make a note of these numbers. On the payment page click on "Add Special Instructions to Seller" below the list of Items and there will be a box provided for you to add a note to specify the identifying numbers of the buttons you've chosen and whether you'd prefer buttons or magnets. Please note: If you are ordering ONLY buttons, please DO NOT use the checkout option on the webpage. Since the weight for these items is far less than that of the glass or heat bags, email me with your choices and i will send you an invoice for this purchase with amended shipping and processing charges.

To Order Heat Bags: Heat Bags are priced at $15.00 each or 2 for $25.00. To order, click on either the "add 1" button for a single purchase, or the "add 2" button to purchase in multiples of 2. The price for heat bag quantity only and not the fabric choice will be sent to your cart, so please make a note of the fabric name. On the payment page click on "Add Special Instructions to Seller" below the list of Items and there will be a box provided for you to add a note to specify the name of the fabric you've chosen.

To Order Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are now available in $10.00 and $20.00 denominations. These can be used towards the purchase of any items on the website and can be redeemed in person at a festival or a craft show, via snail mail or via email. To purchase, just email me and let me know what you would like, and the name of the person who will be using the certificate. You'll receive an invoice and payment is handled safely and securely through PayPal, giving you the option to pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal Debit, Bank Transfer or E-Check. No PayPal account is required for customers and PayPal does not share your sensitive financial information. Should you wish to pay by money order, please make that known when you email me so arrangements can be made for payment. Upon payment, the gift certificate will be filled out with the specified name and sent to you, or to another address of your choosing with no additional charge for mailing.

Problems: Should there be any problems with damage or breakage, please keep all the packaging and pieces and contact the Post Office. A damaged article has to be brought in for inspection along with the mailing container, including the wrapping, and packaging and any contents that were received, along with an estimate of repair cost. In the case of a lost item you'll need written and signed documentation, such as a letter dated at least 21 days from the date of mailing, stating that you did not receive the article. Please contact me as well, and together we can work out a solution.
